These are pics from Vengeance #1 which is a mini-series featuring new villains of the Marvel universe. The first issue mainly focused on Ultimate Nullifier, and he spent much of the issue shirtless, so yay! Not a bad start for the mini-series

Well, he is a villain, so I guess he really is the type that would get inked. But if they start giving good guys tattoos, I'm really gonna be pissed.

Oooo, he has tribal sleeve tattoos and spike hair, that MUST mean he's "badass".
Also, writer of said issue, the Ultimate Nullify is a gun not a sexually ambiguous juvenile delinquent.
