Spidey Suiting Up & Torch Takes a Shower

Here are a couple of scans featuring a couple of Marvel hunks. The first one is another wonderful Al Rio commissioned art featuring Peter Parker changing into his Spider-Man costume. The second scan features good old Johnny Storm, enjoying a shower and thinking about how awesome college life is. Special thanks to Brendan and Dermie for sharing these scans with us!

Nice Spidey commission, I really like it when artists draw Peter with a leaner gymnast type body.

It's funny how many times Torch has used his power to dry himself off over the years, the tradition even carried over to the FF movies with Chris Evans.
Yup, that Al Rio sure draws one hot Peter Parker. Checkout his site thoguh I have to warn you there are plently of naked cheesecake art to thread carefully. XD http://www.alrioart.com/

I predict Johnny Storm will return to the comics when they cast another actor to play him in Fantastic Four movies. (Or realize Chris Evans is all wrong as Captain America and send him back to the FF.)

No one can say Chris Evans is wrong as Cap yet, the damn movie has NOT even come out for anyone to be able to judge. The trailers have been getting very positive reaction from what I've seen online and in movie theaters. Give the guy a chance.

Chris has changed a lot for the role of Cap. He does not even resemble himself as Johnny. I think he will be great (Marvel Studios has yet to fail, so far they have delivered).

And Johnny will surely come back in time for the next milestone issue of FF/ Fantastic Four.

Or when Guardians of the Galaxy gets another series and find him in the Negative Zone.
I think there will be new FF movie soon with a new cast and (thankfully) a new director. 20th Century Fox can't afford to let the rights revert back to Marvel.

As for Chris Evans as Cap, I think he's right for the role. He even shaved his chest for it. Now that's commitment. XD

Fantastic Four at Marvel Studios would be awesome!

My boyfriend hated that Chris shaved, but I loved it. I wish he had done it when he still had the youngster look. If he ever goes back to his more kiddy look, I hope he keeps the smooth chest.

And I think it takes even more commitment to change so much that his face now looks so hardened up. Just compare his face as Cap to his Johnny Storm to see what I mean.

I like Chris with a hairy chest better, but he looks good smooth too and it fits Cap's established look in the comics. As hairy as Chris is, I bet the shaving\waxing is a nightmare for him, although maybe he went the laser removal route.
@Cesar, I'm convinced that a Fantastic Four film produced by Marvel Studios will never happen. 20th Century Fox knows they have a cash cow franchise and will not part with it.

@DAN, I just love the fact the someone in the production crew must have brought up the fact that Steve Rogers is smooth and convinced Chris to shave/wax off his chest hair. Personally I'm glad that he shaved it off, it gives me another option on how to "enjoy" Chris's body depending on my mood. If I want to see him with a health dusting of man-fur on his chest I'd go watch his older movies and pics. If I want to see his smooth torso I'd google pics from Captain America. I can view this stud however I want! Its a win/win! XD

Yeah, Chris is super sexy either way! Really can't complain about any shirtlessness we get from him! :)
