Clint Barton Cooking Shirtless

The hunky Clint Barton aka Hawkeye/Ronin does some bare-chested cooking for his ex-wife Bobbi Morse aka Mocking Bird when suddenly Bobbi goes all crazy and tries to stab him! Talk about an ungrateful bitch! Doesn't she realize how lucky she is to have this stud cook for her? But wait, it seems that poor Bobbi isn't responsible for her actions.

Early on in her career, The Black Widow was injected with nanites which she unwittingly spread to her "friends, allies and lovers". These tiny particles can manipulate their hosts into a homicidal rage. The nanites' unknown controller has one goal, to kill all the people that hBlack Widow has ever loved, and the first target is her ex-boyfriend Clint! Hence Bobbi's sudden murderous outburst. So 'Tasha passed the nanites to Clint who the passed it on to Bobbi? Its like a homicidal venereal disease! Luckily, BW arrives and subdues Bobbi... with a (counter-nanite) kiss!  These scans are from Black Widow: Deadly Origin #2 & #3.

Clint looks mighty fine here, yum!
Yeah, he sure does! Tom Raney made him look yummy! He's way too underrated as an artist.

Raney's come a long way from his early Stormwatch art (loved Warren Ellis' era on that series which featured Raney as primary artist), I didn't even realize this was his work.
I'm not familiar his work on Stormwatch, but I did love his work on Ultimate X-Men & Mutant X, check 'em out:

Magician

Ultimate Iceman

Havok in Mutant X

That Havok in Mutant X post represents Raney's earliest style which he used on Stormwatch, the other two posts really chart his evolution, thanks for the quick links!

Hmmm, is it a bad thing that my first thought is that frying food whilst topless is just asking for a nasty hot-fat burn? :)
Lol, Mockingbird pretty much said the same thing and told him to wear a shirt. Thankfully, Clint didn't follow her advice.
