SwordQuest: Fireworld

Here's a follow up on the SwordQuest post I did a while back. In SwordQuest: Fireworld, our intrepid and scantily clad fraternal twins Torr & Tarra are transported to Fireworld in which they go in their own seperate adventures. I kinda disappointed that Torr found some armor that covered his chest. Oh well, he'll be bare-chested again in Waterworld soon enough. Art by the legendary George Perez.

WOW, George Perez really knew how to draw sexy characters, never heard of this series before, maybe I'll check my local comic shop's back issue bins now.
Yeah, George draws pretty, pretty people!

It maybe hard to get a hold of this series. There's comics originally were included with the SwordQuest video games. There was supposed to be 4 games in the series but only 3 were released so the 4th issue of the comic, Airworld, was never finished. Too bad we won't see the Twin's final adventure (and see Torr in another skimpy costume).

I actually had the Waterworld comic and game, along with an Atari Force comic (both by DC) that came with Asteroids.

All of that before I even knew English, I must have been 4-7.
Yeah, that was in the mid-80's. Looking back, those games look silly compared to what we have now.

Ya Atari was kind of a zombie corporation in 1983.

Elemental worlds lend themselves to skimpy costumes. It depends on how you do water (water or ice), but fire really does. Earth and air, less so.
