This looks like a rare ink: clearly from the time period when the pec wouldn't be capped with a nipple! When I was in my early teens I used to take a pencil and draw my own anatomically correct nipples on the chests of my favorites. THIS scan totally reminds me of that! Maybe a secret nippler added them later!!! Good job!
