Silver Surfer vs The Comics Code Authority Logo

I've always wondered if the Silver Surfer had dangly bits. I'm mean, it would just be weird if he really didn't have anything down there. we don't see his junk in the scan below but we can assume from Impossible Man's strategically placed Comics Code logo that he is indeed anatomically correct down there.
