In previews for this issue you could see Pietro's naked ass. In the first picture the dialogue box was not present. (Only reason I bought the issue!!)

Anonymous, Namor is correct--the first preview images (in an article about the miniseries) didn't have any of the dialogue or narration captions, and DID show the bare butt.
