Captain America's Shirtless Workout

Here are some scans from Uncanny Avenger #5 featuring a bare-chested Captain America working out. I must say, this looks familiar, a homage perhaps? Too bad Cap isn't in briefs like Dick was (Heh, Dick in briefs). Special thanks to our friend Arion, for sharing these scans.

Coipel really knows how to give the fans what they want.

Coincidentally, this page appeared in Uncanny Avengers # 5 and in the letters section of that issue they printed a small fragment of a letter I sent. So this was my first official recognition in an Avengers title.

By the way, I sent you an email a few minutes ago.

Coipel's style is really beautiful (as are his guys and girls). He also is very nice; I wrote to him once and he replied in a very polite and accessible way.

I always loved his Danny Rand, by the way, and his Steve is also amazing (well, Steve usually is).

I'm a big Coipel fan. Recently I've reviewing his old Legion issues from 2000 and 2001.

No shirtless scenes in Legion Lost. But Coipel was also the artist in The Legion, so there could be some interesting things there.
