Robin The 80th Anniversary Super Spectacular features a Grayson story. That run was very beefcake heavy & this short story does not disappoint. I give you, Agent 37 in a loincloth!

I see his brain's still missing in this story. (Grayson, yet another reason to collaborate with Perpetua.)
That's the thing, though: In the pre-goddammitbarry days, he was sexy with substance. (In fact, he was canonically demisexual.) Now? They try different things and see what sticks. Court of Owls is exterminated? Well they're back. Even the dynamic between Bruce and Dick, pardon the pun, has changed: Old Bruce would never be comfortable just watching Luthor murder his kid.
Leading to the nonsense "He's all about change." Except he was literally Robin for longer than everyone else put together. Things changed a lot starting in the late 60s all the way into the 80s, because college, an arc consisting of a series of rites of passage, monomyth and all that. Editorial mandate brings him back to Gotham and DC has no idea what to do with him from there. So, retcons aplenty.

I will say, Grayson's not the most disgusting use of fanservice.
One of the Damian stories had Jon tickling his feet. That's the most disgusting. (Seriously, it took appealing to pedophiles to top my disgust at Grayson.)
