And now we have Splice, a high-tech super-assassin. These scans are from WONDER MAN #19, where his boss, the crimelord Lotus (who has a habit of seducing her employees, to motivate them), is sending him against a team of rookie heroes.

Next up is the lunatic Madcap, changing clothes after setting himself on fire to demonstrate how he can't be killed. This scan is from AVENGERS SPOTLIGHT #29.
