Dermie recently sent a lot of scans featuring supervillains. First up we have a Scourge a little known villain who was in the unenviable (or enviable if your into BDSM) position of being USAgents captive.

According to Dermie:

These scans are from the USAGENT miniseries, issues #2 and 4. USAgent has captured one of the Scourge and has strip searched him, and is holding him prisoner in order to gain info about the rest of the organization.
