These are from Peter Parker: Spider-Man #22. Peter just got out of the shower and slipped on some headphones and started eating Ice Cream. He's just having a great time singing and dancing and dosent notice his room-mate and his room-mates girlfriend come in just in time to get a full view of Peter's towel dropping off him.
