1) He HATES when people think of him as the pretty boy. Made worse because he's been raped twice, with his alleged friends slut-shaming him afterward both times. Except Tim. Seems the only one who understands Robin is...Robin. 2) Can you imagine how many scars he has? Each one a trauma, going back to his tenth birthday, when his parents died. The day he became a child soldier in the war on crime.
Maybe to capture himself on the beach in front of a sunset, but that's about it. He's not vain.
nuDick is different, but half of the post-Flashpoint timeline reads like bad fanfic anyway.
