Is he freezing someone's hand...because they were pointing at him? Didn't realize Bobby was so trigger-happy.

To me it looks like somebody is pointing and expelling some kind of energy towards Bobby; then, he barely points back in time to get some ice to block it. It all looks very suddent to me, unexpected.

I suppose we'd have to ask Neal Adams to know for sure though!

Looks to me like someone asked Bobby to pull his finger and Bobby quite rightly put an end to what could have been a "super" poison gas attack.
